ECLIPSE AVIATION at the Gainesville Regional Airport

"This past year Scherer Construction & Engineering of North Florida, LLC completed a new 62,000 S.F. factory service center for Eclipse Aviation at the Gainesville Regional Airport.  The project was a design/build project that had to be completed within 12 months of contract award.  In order to meet this aggressive schedule and make sure we delivered a quality construction project, Scherer was very selective in choosing the right subcontractors it work with.  Scherer chose CCS Mechanical, Inc. to design and construct the HVAC system.

CCS Mechancial, Inc. was an outstanding company to work with.  John Mathews was the project manager from CCS.  He did a great job managing both the design and construction phases.  John responded in a timely manner to all of Scherer's requests.  I had the same experince with CCS's field personnel lead by Harvey Bailey and EJ Weston.  The mechanics did a great job installing HVAC system for the entire 62,000 S.F. facility.  Their work was first class and on schedule.  They also did a great job coordinating with other sub trades.

I high recommend CCS Mechanical, Inc. as a commerical mechanical contractor and look forward to working with them again in the future."
