CCS Mechanical Innovative Approach

Estimation Department At CCS Mechanical, our estimating is done in-house using Maxwell Systems Estimation Logistics.  We will provide budgeting, systemized take-off procedure and value engineering.  With an on-line plan room, we are able to provide our vendors the opportunity to quickly access the plans to provide us with multiple supplier pricing.

CAD Department CCS Mechanical uses CADPipe 3-D software for HVAC and piping to create detailed fabrication and coordination layouts.  As a result, we are able to be the driving force in the coordination process and create a consistent end product.  The process gives us control from the point we obtain the contract drawings to the installation of the ductwork.
