Please be advised that CCS Mechanical, Inc. of 737 SW 57th Avenue, Ocala, Florida, has a present bonding capacity of $15,000,000 per project and $50,000,000 aggregate with The Hanover Insurance Company. The Hanover Insurance Company has an "A.M. Best" Rating of A-XIV, "Excellent".
"We consider CCS Mechanical to be an excellent client within our portfolio of contractors statewide and hold them in highest regard. When requested we will provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds for CCS Mechanical if the usual and acceptable underwriting information is provided to us."
